ok do you think it is rap when the girl is sleeping
and what should a 12 year old girl do if she was sleeping when she might have been getting raped by her uncle and didnt know if she was

but she doesnt really know what happened say it was 4 years ago and she cant clearly say he did it with out a test because as far as she know she is still a vergin

You know, I was about to say, "Wrong forum dipshit", before I clicked on the topic.

Now... well... uh

Its fuckin rape no matter what, if shes drunk, sleeping, wearing a monkey tail, happened to be watching Power Rangers at the time. Whatever. If she didnt want it, its rape.

And a 12 year old girl should tell a family member, or if she doesnt feel comfortable, get her phone and call her state's Social Services number.

Rape is a terrible crime, the "crime of crimes." Any and all rapists are scum - which is why they are often discriminated against in prison. If someone (not just girls are raped, y'know) were to ever be raped without realizing, that is awful. I suggest for that 12 year old girl to talk to her parents and not her friends - because no matter what her friends tell her, they will be biased towards saying the uncle did truly rape her. She should talk to the most trustworthy people in the world: her folks.
