Why is it when men have sex with many women it's acceptable...and for women it is not, people tend to look at them as sluts?

okay, sex is good, but gotta make sure u use protection, and birthcontrol... like i thought i got my gf pregnant cuz she forgot birth control, (im not willing to say my age but its way too young) and it sucked, cuz 3 months later we figured out she wASNT which was awesome, but we didnt tell our parents O.o

I have a theory about this. It all goes back down to biology.

Men have an unlimited number of sperm. WE can have kids until the day we die at 102. Women have a finite number of eggs.

Evolutionarily, it's man's job to have as much sex with as many women as possible to insure his genes get passed on. Women, on the other hand have to be selective as they can only have so many kids throughout their lifetime.

So it's up to the woman to decide to pick her mate wisely.

That's my theory, anyway.

speaking in social/psychological terms, there's definitely a double standard.

Arrogance certainly exceeds whatever post you were replying to. And poorly insulting someone on the presumption they conflict in beliefs with you? Lulz fail.

Regardless of gender, excessive sex is unhealthy. And before you claim the hormone release is beneficial to your body... I agree. But when this exceeds a regular basis, it's wrong.
