Soulseek is a peer-to-peer file exchange programme. When you add someone you can browse their music library and download stuff. As for Pandora - woo try last.fm. It keeps track of what you listen to and then suggests other music you might like. Music expansion ftw

Lulz don't worry, the UK arent too advanced either.
