Great movie, or greatest movie?

It's a piece of shit, generic-ass comedy. Get the fuck off your computer now, go to Blockbuster, and rent some decent movies like Pulp Fiction, 300, There Will Be Blood, and Patton.

You call Grandma's Boy a shitty film (which I thought it was a brilliant film) by calling it generic, then you go off and rant about how good 300 is? What the hell? 300 is a piece of shit run-of-the-mill gore film. It sure was fun to watch, but its all been done before.

I'd like to see your reasoning behind Grandma's Boy being a generic comedy. Can't say there are many movies like this, let alone stoner films. I'm assuming you like Will Ferrell.

well i think grandmas boy is funny as shit but 300 was awesome too, as well as original. the cinematography was pretty much unique and the exaggeration and imagery used to portray the main characters was spectacular.

grandmas boy was just funny. not amazing but hilarious to watch. aghh i cant stop it feels so good!

My reaction was exactly the same. 300 was about on the level of Snakes on a Plane, right down to how often internet nerds love quoting a certain line thinking they're instantly funny and fresh for doing so. Mr. Im-Badass-Cuz-I-Have-a-Cig-Smoking-Skull-Avatar listed some good films like Pulp Fiction, but it's not the same type of flick as Grandma's Boy.

Also, who actually rents movies anymore? Downloading them is much easier, or just going through Netflix. I'd be hard pressed to even find a Blockbuster around here.

wow dude im not calling u're taste in movies in question c'in as 300 and Pulp Fiction were kick ass but Grandma's Boy waz an awsome movie and honestly most jokes today consiste of toilet humor and pot jokes so thats why people think its good
