people i love writing music and signing and the must part i love my band members i am the head singer in my band and it takes guts to do i know we cant even get a concert at a nut house or at a street party and i am really mad because noone at all once my band to play we practice for a long time i dont know why they hate us we are a good band[kinda] i feel left out because theses pressy bitches can get a concert and we can't at a street party my bro is in a freaking gang he sould at least try to get me a concert for my band i really hate him sometimes.[I think he is in jail now]

You know what your problem is? The reason that nobody wants your band to play is simple. Since I'm a nice sonna ma bitch, I'll tell you. You need a SAX PLAYER. Everyone loves the sound of a saxophone. Especially the alto sax. Seriously, you should find a buddy that plays the sax. Get in touch with 'em. Or, find a cheap mananger that you can keep happy with fast food as payment.

You really gotta break some rules in this situation. Do whatever you can to get people's attention in general for the band, even if it requires putting shit up around where you live, myspace, another website, anything you can possibly do. Really make sure people know you're serious and shit. Not only that, practice as much as possible with your band. I mean, the least you should do is once a week of practice. And practice when you're not with your band too. After all of this is starting to take off, start booking gigs for your band and soon enough you'll be like Guns N' Roses, that's how they got big, they didn't even mean too either. They only did it for fun.

You can accomplish alot from what I've just told you.

Hah, I'm in a group of musical peoples... but not quite a band. We're a group of three progressive metal artists. I play the Chapman stick (kinda like a bass, but much harder), my friend is lead guitar (solos galore), and we have a drummer. We don't do concerts or anything... just play for the music. Right now, we just do covers of some famous songs, and famous instrumental groups. If you find that you're playing just for the fame and whatnot, you lost sight of what's important: The music.
