the dress is nice but there should be more bling . i didnt like yhe hairstyle the hair are too messy

I am mad because the exact dress is from Wet Seal. And originally it was I think $15. But, it’s bought out now.
Her hair is pretty here. I think I like it better in some other photos.

No offense, but you know Miley Cyrus wears extensions, right? I mean think about it, in some of the postersin magazines she is taken of, no one has THAT much hair? Her hair is naturally wavy, but she usually straightens it, or puts in more curly extensions to the ends of her hair.

i just imagine HOW HARD it would be to be a celebrity that ALWAYS HAS TO HAVE P-E-R-F-E-C-T HAIR!!!! it would be soooo hard to have to be SOOOOO P-E-R-F-E-C-T!! WOW!
