dyke


A word used to refer to Lesbians. Originally meant to be a slur, it has been "reclaimed" by many Lesbians who might use it to identify themselves of other Lesbians. It is considered rude to use the word "Dyke" unless you self-identify as one.

Urban Dictionary: dyke

Thanks gabzilla. People on other forums have referred to me as that but actually I have never known what the word meant because it wasn't in my Webster's dictionary. Yes, I am a lesbian. I think I've posted quite a few posts on here telling everyone about my sexuality.

I think I've may've been on there before as I was transforming from a girl to a guy mentally and emotionally. Still, I'm not physically male. I don't have a uterus and a cervix but I still have my fallopian tubes and ovaries.

Whoa, how? If you don't have a uterus you have no periods. So what' the point of fallopian tubes and ovaries. o_O

Well, I had a hysterectomy in May to remove those organs.
