Things you need:
-Toilet
-Toilet paper and/or Baby Wipes depending on preference
-A rectum full of feces
-Air Freshener

First, there must be nothing covering your posterior from the toilet. Lift the lid and sit your bare butt on the toilet and lean forwards. Flexing your abdominal muscles along with loosening your sphincter should allow the feces to drop into the water.

After discharging your brown friends into the water, take a victory breath. You're halfway there. Note: If you pooped a lot out you may want to flush at this part so the toilet doesn't get clogged.

Now this is the tricky part and where the toilet paper comes in. Rip off 2-5 squares and either fold them or wad them (Depending on preference). In a front to back motion slide the toilet paper along your asscrack removing bits of feces with every wipe.

Keep doing this and the toilet paper will get less and less feces on it until finally your butt is clean.
