I'm gonna have to call bs on that Rev. In order for that to happen your firewall would have to send some sort of malicious script to the computer that hosted the attack on your firewalls. In order to do this you would need some type of program of your own to gain remote admin access to said computer without tripping off their firewalll. Firewalls aren't configured to do that unless you heavily modified it which I doubt. That type of attack requires some human input.

Notified of course. That I can believe. However I don't believe that your firewall is configured to wipe the HD of any intruders. Now don't mistake me for trying to act like some 133t hax0r, I just know that, that type of firewall config isn't possible without some extremely advanced configuration.

We both believe that if anyone wants to touch our computers without our consent, we'll do exactly the same to them. So far, we've only had two of these issues and wiped their computers clean each time.

Got everything on my computer on CD's, same with my father and the other two computers here. Even if someone does get past the whole 'erased memory' thing, we still win.

And Tsuri, with someone who knows almost everything about computers, it would just take time to get that kind of configuration.

I can understand why you would want to "get back" at people who try to gain access to your pc. However not even the best techie could create a self configuring auto-updating aggressive hack program which could somehow gain access to any computer under any circumstance. Firewalls change, os's get patched, exploits get fixed constantly. Computers aren't magic my friend. Without some type of human input you aren't going to gain access to somebodies pc. Even brute force attacks require some input. Also if you aren't really down with the blackhat (hacker/cracker) scene I doubt that one or two people could constantly find new exploits. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to start a shitstorm but, it's just not plausible to have a firewall set to "auto-attack other computers" and expect it to be efficient.
