Well, I'm sure we all know that Myspace is essentially an obsession for the average teenage girl, and that they tend to follow certain trends established by other girls. So in this topic, we'll attempt to do the impossible, try to find every type of major fad there is. I'll start with two obvious observations:

1) at least 80% of girls on Myspace must have a photo at an awkward angle with their lips puckered up in an attempt to look hot
2) A big ass long list of their likes and dislikes, and other numerous things we could care less about

Feel free to add on to the list

3) Every emo girl must have at least one song on their playlist from some crappy uderground band that nobody knows about.

4) 95% of all the usernames must have xX and Xx at the beginning and end of their username. E.g xXicutmyselfwithasporkXx

5) Every girl must have some type of quote saying "I'm a bitch, deal with it!"

6) Your not officially cool unless you've broken the 1,000 friend mark. Extra coolness points if 995 of the people on your list don't even know you.

7) If you don't post at least 20 bulletins a day, your brain will literally explode, and leak out your ears. This also applies picture comments, profile comments and friend invites.

8) If you don't post this message onto at least 6,365 profiles within the next 2 minutes, a fat ghost named Jebediah will come out of your closet and carve the word PANCAKES into your chest and rape your dog. However if you do succeed your crush will confess him/herself to you tomorrow at exactly 3:18 AM.

9) Proper grammar is not required at all. In fact it is usually frowned upon.

10) The longer time it takes to load your profile, the cooler it is. You're not considered badass unless your page, needs at least 7 minutes to load. That is if your ram doesn't explode from the flood of glitter graphics, slideshows, and ear bleedingly loud music.

11) every girl has to have a picture of them flipping off the camera...the puckered add bonus points here...
