 Toughest Sport What is the toughest sport in your eyes? Not tough as in how much you can take. Tough as in how much the sport demands out of there athletes who participate in the sport such as hand eye cordination, speed, agility, endurance, flexibility etc.

| Cross Country. Not just the meets, but the training that goes into it. If your teams is remotely good then you're putting in 5-7 Miles daily of hard running.
