There is no proof god exist, but Jesus was a real life person with historical records documenting his existence, both by followers and non-believers. I'm not gonna say everything he did was true, but he most definitely existed.

What he is trying to say is that, due to the fact that it is indirect evidence hailing from thousands of years ago, he might not be real. Hell, Eisenhower might not have ever lived as far as I'm am concerned. We all live on the knowledge of others.
