It depends. I have dance class every tuesday, so I jog there and back. I have errands to run on wednesdays, so I have to manage that and jog home. Of course, I have school on weekdays, so I am out of my house the majority of the week.
Mondays, I like to stay home, but I'll be taking another dance class on mondays soon. Weekends, I'm usually really lazy, but if any friends want to hang out, I'll do that. Thursdays and fridays are open to do whatever I need after school.
There's actually not much of a net gain in terms of leaving the house. What gets accomplished? You bullshit a bit and go home when it gets dark. I prefer, if someone needs to contact me, call my cellphone or instant message me. Then I can multi-task; get my business taken care of and socialize simultaneously.
