Live. They stepped up, they assumed a leadership role, and (for the most part) they fulfill their responsibilities in a manner they deem sufficient. I'm an administrator on one forum (not my own, I'm more of a Curator), and a moderator on two others (one of which has over 50,000 members). Moderators frequently get challenged for their decisions. GENERALIZATION WARNING: People have little to no respect for moderators becase they (the people) believe in a false sense of Internet anonymity. "HAH! No one can see what I'm doing on here! I can do whatever the hell I want!" I really do hate it, and do my best to stop it. Stay true to your own personality, but don't be afraid to send a PM to a moderator with any question about the rules or anything in general. That is... if they don't get killed by the masses first.

lol, naw, I try to do my work well, and I have gotten my share of questions and comments back for it XD
Being a mod takes time to figure out, esspecially for someone like me who has attemped to admin his own site for years and failed on every one.

So this is a chance for me to find things that work and you people help out, =P
When i do something and someone freaks out and sends me a note ^.^

haha, but yeah I agree with whoever said it, admins created the place, they can do what they want =P
