No, I'm talking about my actual experiences of a two week trip to Italy. It was overall fun but seriously if you aren't Italian it can be very stressful there.

Italy doesn't have that "Southern Hospitality" going for it. Again, I might be biased, but even France is way more tolerant of foreigners and tourists.
