Basicly you use one of the above post's words to make a new thing of 2 words. You should use the word that the post above created. It makes more sence when you see an example.

Example:

Person B: Cheese Stick
Person A: Meat Stick
Person B: Meat Ball
Person A: Soft Ball

Person A: Feather Pillow
