uh where i'm from they give you a chance to get full credit on make up work if your suspended.

My school doesn't have ISS... because we have something called standards. Not only do you have to get accepted, but you (your parents) need to pay a tuition fee and uphold an average above 70 in every class.

Detention is common (though I never get it... because I actually do my work), suspensions come in 1 or 3 days and only out of school, and expulsions are sporadic. Mainly for drug stuff, fighting, e.t.c.

Well ain't that 'bout a bitch! They don't let us make up nothing. And FIGHTING? Over here, you get at least a 2 day suspension. If it happens again, that's 10 days and a hearing.

Yeah, they don't play that shit at my school. They're VERY strict. But some bitch wrote up my compadre for SNEEZING. He got a detention too.

Never fought in high school
I think it's bs how when you get into a fight, even if you don't start it, you get severely punished. If you do it outside of school, it's called self-defense. Why not in? Are you supposed to take a punch in the face and run away? Lmao
Dad agrees so much he almost kicked the principal's ass in middle school saying "if I fucking punch you in the face right now, are you going to hit me back?" and princapal was stuck in a corner, who was like 10 years older than my dad, but like an extra foot than him and muscle, but my dad can fight like a mofo, so his friends say.

So I never got in trouble again for fighting in school, untill another principal came, but I didn't care because I was already friends with the ISS teacher so she took it easy on me. Worst part is at first she won't let you talk. But when you go there about 10 times she gets a bit more leniant, probably lonely cause they stuck her on the bottom floor, which was slightly lower that first floor, but still above ground and she had to hear tech. class machines all day. Oh and the stupid kids in art.
