Yeah no offense that kinda sucks, I do signatures for another forums and my stuff is pretty good, and Njord the stuff you posted kinda sucks except for the spiderman one.

First one is mainly a smudge some colorbalance and lighting. With some black to the side.
Second one I've seen like 20 of them same style, including the tut for that which focus' on a color on each side of the render.
third one took some skil, but just ain't something I like, just an opinion. Text is nice.
Spiderman one is actually really simple, black background and alot of stretching of a copied render layer, can't rembmer how to make the rectangle in the center but it turned out really nicely.

None of us are pros,were semi-pros

didn't mean you ace, although I have no clue what your isg even is... other then some messed up size for a normal sig, most sites have a limit on signature size. So usually signatures are long rectangles. Just FYI
and yeah, Ethan, right? I suggest tutorials thats how I learned, actually I got alot of help from an old fourms called coldcasecreations but one day they just inexplictly closed down the site.

didn't read earlier, wtf do you mean by "signature" part of request? do you mean the foreground picture? because the signature si the finished product. Also I suggest adding borders, they make things alot nicer. BTW really dumb to do this, you should make a waiting list, I did this on forums once before I had that much experience and even with a friend who was a bit more experienced than I, and we got so many requests I had like no free time if I was going to do them all.

[offtopic] AHHHHH POPED A PIMPLE ON MY KNEE AND THE SHIT WENT IN MY EYE AND IT BUUUUURNS. I THINK I FEEL AN STI IN MY EYE(IF IT WAS POSSIBLE.)

Edit: I suggest making only matching avatars, which takes a crop with the size set as 100 px by 100 px and then cut out of the signature and add a border to it, then viola fun avatar for all. Also they are easier for the animatiosn since they are smaller.

Another suggestion is to had above "Text color" is "text wanted" incase they even want text, or can have text other than their name, and not have their name in it at all if they don't want to.

lol one more thing, becareful people will come to this site, request a sig, and leave and never show up, I know because I have had it done to me plus I did it before I had photoshop.

What edition do you use? I use CS3, used to be CS2, I'm still having a hard time convert. But If you need help(i'm not doing peoples requests, maybe someday but i'm doing it on another forum atm.) I will help you, like constructive critisism and other stuff to improve your skills. Like find good brushes on deviant art(google it)

Photoshop seems to not want to work on my PC...probably because it's cracked..or maybe because Adobe wants to be a dick.

I use a program that makes all trials confused and things it's the real version lol.
So i'm good, my crack for cs3 on other computer didn't work but if you need a good cs2 one try one made by "paradox" I always used that.
