A lot of forums I've visited have a section designed specificly for forum based play. Where games such as "Word Association" and "Signature above you" are played.

Normally in these places, post count doesn't increase.

Like an spam place, where anything can go really? that would be better in general for unmoderated spamming and stuff.

No, not really, Its not for spam, so to speak, but for members to organize games to pass the time.
