Default Proper Skater Chicks.
Hey.
I'm a skater Chick.
I skate at the park here in new zealand.
I find guys are some what territorial about the skate park.
there is never any girls.
Seems i'm the only one.
Is skateboarding THIS sexist?
Help me out guys.

i somewhat agree with patrickS but i completly understand y you arent treated well at the skate park. The skatepark symbolizes freedom, i skateboard so i undertsand, but if your good they wont realy mind

You speak sense. 2 wheels are better than 4 plastic things. Though I don't ride BMX, I appreciate the bike aspect of it (I'm more into big bikes).

But yeah, most extreme sports are very male dominated.

Maybe that's because most girls aren't into that type of thing as much as boys are.

Didn't say that no girls were skaters.
But if you did a poll of all the skaters on this forum, I bet that 75% + would be male.
