Default Anger
Lately I've found out that I have a bit of an anger issue. Not something I've really ever had a problem with. About a week ago my little sister made me really mad and I slammed the door when she tried to come in and the door hit her in the face. She always lying and blaming stuff on me. And I don't know how to keep a reign on my temper. When I use to get mad I'd go play my clarinet, but know I don't like to anymore. I really don't know how to control my anger anymore. I don't get mad easily but when it comes to her I explode. I'm not a violent person or anything she just makes me so mad, and I start yelling and throwing stuff etc. Don't tell me I need anger management, because my parents won't pay for me to see a shrink. And their always doing stuff like last time I had this problem and I was dating this guy the sent me to a private school which made me even more mad, and then I kicked a hole in my wall. No I'm not crazy, and I just need to know if there is any techniques besides meditation and all that to calm someone down and to keep me from getting so angry...

Bang your head against the wall until you turn retarded or you pass out, which ever comes first. Either way will help you calm down.

Jealousy
Attention
Irritation
etc..etc..and really work out every kink in you guys' relationship. Once you do that, then ask again and we'll figure it out.

No doubt if i started to drink my parents would send to another private school. I do read quit a bit though. It helps a little, but then she comes barging into my room, and I get even more angry...

She's seven, and very annoying... And can't go masturbate... can't lock my door, and she'll just barge right on in... its a fix...
