When I was a kid like 10 or something. My sister pissed me off and wouldn't get out of my room so I threw a plate at her head.
She ran out instantly.

I can't hit her or something when I mad, because I get so mad that I can't control it sometimes. Like when i slammed the door, It hit her in the face and left a huge knot and bruise.

well i only get really pissed off if i drank the night before, like biting my nintendo wii (yes, because it was slow i bit it) or beating the fuck out of one of my friends who can't fight back (sucessfully)
