Ok so ive been seeing a lot of threads on Weight Loss and "toning up"
as well as getting a six pack e.t.c

I thought id share a diet which has worked for me
Its called Calorie Shifting...Google it if you want or else pm me your email and ill send you an e-book i got

Also the norse gods have provided some great links so use this in conjuction with their advice and you will be fine

2. I did not say it would but to get one you need to lose fat from your stomach area if you had any experience in the area you would know this

And Odin how is the thread superfluous when there are lots of threads asking for this kind of advice? Now instead of having multiple threads created people can just come to this.

You also need plenty of Cardio to burn the fat of your stomach, and when they say sit-ups, what kind of AB work-outs do you do?

yea cardio is good for it but i get that anyway from swimming

ehm i can send you it if you want? its much easier to stick to if i have a copy printed out and up on my wall.
