Default I've gotten rid of it everywhere else...

But I can't get rid of the little pocket of belly fat. I have a ridiculously low amount of body fat on the rest of my body, but I still have a little pocket of fat below my belly button. How the hell do I get rid of that?

And yes, I run like all hell. It gets rid of all the other fat but not the belly fat.

Work out your abs. Don't just do sit ups and crunches. Do leg lifts, flutter kicks, oblique crunches, side ups, the works.

Having abs is a hard thing to do, I for one don't think it's worth it. I have a flat enough stomach, but I love beer and I love pasta, and I'd have to give those two up to get a six pack.

I've decided as long as I can drink a six pack, I don't need one on my body. I can out perform people except NCAA athletes and above, so I'm not too worried about my body.

Also, leg spreaders. Those are evil, but they work.

Google all these, they should have diagrams online.

Leg Spreaders SUCK! They really do help though, I'm young and I'm gathering some really nice abs. My baseball coach makes me do them all the time, and they really work fast.

They are beyond evil. Do 35 four-count flutter kicks and then go straight into 15 leg spreaders.

You'll hate yourself but feel so good...

Yeah I know what you mean. My coach makes us do like 50 of them every day, and if we're lucky 45. Sometimes we do 50, twice.

It is safe to say that Foxeh does not like skinny guys. Nor does Foxeh like eccesivly ripped guys.
As long as your not like.. Fat.. its all good. You should be somewhat flat, maybe a BIT of toning.. but like I said. Not overly ripped.
I find that disgusting. You should be soft enough to be comfotable touching.. not hard as a rock



But thats my opinion.

Well... ridiculously low compared to the other fatass kids around here. Ridiculously low as in... normal.

That was a slight exaggeration. It's just that my lower stomach fat is way more body fat-ish than the rest of my body. The upper four abs are really defined and everything. It's just the last two I can't get.
