First of all, I know that. But i've figured out a way to force myself into it, under certain circumstances, which is still a way to control it. Like I can't get myself going in the cold or without time to anger myself.

Second of all, that whole 'roar' thing works. Turns a punch that just hurts like a bitch into a punch that would most likely rattle your ribs.

In Tae Kwon Do, we used to have to "kyup" (SP?) before every big hit.

Martial arts figured that shit out centuries ago.

And its one of those things involving a teacher, something I don't enjoy having. I tried working on my own, it worked out well. I tried my own techniques and they did what they were supposed to.

I developed a new way to build up my reflexes and it worked out well. A form of reckless, combat-oriented dancing. Every time I trip myself up or go too far with a single movement, I try to pull myself back to the small spot I was standing at in the first place. It's actually working very well for me.

When I was like 12, me and my brother were in an arguement and he slapped me right across the face. I charged at him, and threw his head in to the wall, in which there was a hole about twice the size as my head. He got pissed, threw a punch, I dodged and lodged a gigantic uppercut to his chin. That knocked him out, and after a little bit, I realized he was knocked out, and I also realize his tounge was bleeding to hell. I called an ambulence (Parents weren't home) and they came and told me he'd be alright, and the cops talked to me a little bit about "teenage" violence.

So yeah, adrenaline can the best of you

Your technique has either been developed by someone else a thousand years ago, or it was discarded just as many years ago because they found something more effective.
