| Remember, a little hard work never killed anybody, but why take that chance? As for human limitations, we have to understand what the limits of human beings are. We're not talking about things like flying here. If you think you can fly, please...try it. As for things that involve feats of strength and what not or running long distances, the human body really doesn't have limits. When you are challenged with some physical test of danger or skill, adrenaline is a super drug of amazing. It shouldn't be humanly possible to lift a truck, but if your son is trapped underneath it, adrenaline is wonderful. Soldiers in Iraq who get shot in Iraq pretty much don't know it until the fire fight is over or their buddy sees them bleeding. Also, when you're working out and you don't think you can do that extra mile...you can't. But if you believe you can, you can. Walk 12 miles up a mountain in the pouring rain with 45 pounds on your back in less than 3 hours. I've done it. So can you. I read a book on the US Army Special Forces (Green Berets) and the author dispelled one of the myths about SF soldiers. He said people often think you have to be superman to be in the SF. He says that's false. Superman doesn't exist. If he could pass Special Forces selection at 5'10 and 155 pounds soaking wet, then so can you. It's will power. How much do you want it?

| Watched Discovery Channel a while ago, figured out why I always manage to push myself during a fight against a much tougher/larger person. I don't know if this is restricted to humans, but when we let out any form of gutteral 'roar' it almost supercharges your body, if only for a moment. Combine that with a severe anger issue and some form of danger (loved one almost dead, environmental danger, etc.) and you'll see just how far you can go.

| Also, you know how when you're in danger or something exciting is happening and the world seems to go in slow motion? That's adrenaline. Let's say your eyes can only take in, for example 2000 bits of information per second normally. In rough situations of intense adrenaline, adrenaline allows you to take in, say 5000 bits or 7000 bits. That's what makes the world seem to slow down. The human body is pretty awesome.

| I know, i've almost learned how to control it. I've developed it to the point where I feel some sort've 'heat wave' going from my feet up, forcing adrenaline into my system, though not as much as i'd like. Its alot harder than it seems, but its almost automatic now when its really hot outside. Oh and next time you're in a fight you don't think you can win unarmed, flip out and let one of those gutteral roars out. Sends oxygen rocketting through your system, supercharging your muscles. It's one of those things that make out a Berzerker, its something I think we developed since their time, a warriors rage combined with that boost in oxygenated blood means almost instant win.

| I'm calling bull shit on you, Rev, you can't control it. It's natural. Maybe you could if you can work yourself up into a furor all the time, but you're not a super sayan. You can't just turn it on or off. As far as the roar, it just intimidates the shit out of your opponent.
