Off..You're 19 and from that pic, I honestly thought you were 14-15, I had to do a double take on your age. Get a really expensive haircut you like, and take pics of it so that your normal barber can just keep that up. I would suggest cutting it to the ears, a slick/ slightly troubled look would probably work on you. Kind of like this, but neater:

Again, I can relate. I'm actually wearing a pear of jeans I bought at the beginning of this school year that are atrocious. Don't wear tight jeans, but wear some that fit. You look like a 32-34 waist, I can't tell your length, but when you try on your jeans, make sure you can wear them without a belt. Then, make sure the legs end at almost the bottom of your heel, unless you plan on rolling.

• Shirt, DOESNT FIT!

Kill the baggy T-shirts. The line attaching the sleeve to the body hits your SHOULDER, not your biceps. You're slim so wear shirts that may hit right below your belt to the middle of your crotch in jeans (your new jeans, not those shitty ones you have on) Also, the body of the shirt should just barely cling to yours. Find a size that is too small (as in, it's digging into your pits) and then go +1 up. If S, wear a Medium. The sleeve should hit about 3-4 inches away from the crease of elbows.

I'm sure shoes are terrible too, but hey, do what you can right now. Njord can make you an ensemble if you post sizes. Or, you can take a fashion savvy girl with a semi-prep/street style and ask her to help you out. That's what I did.

Longer hair > shorter hair. But if you don't style it, long hair can look very bad. Try an actual style for your hair. When I had longer hair, girls adored it because I had it styled. But anything longer than chin-length is usually hard to style. So, keep that in mind.

Your style is your own, but if you're intent on getting a make over. I can help with that. First off, jackets can give to an entire look. But the jacket you're wearing is kind of plain and actually kills it. You'll have to tell us what kind of styles you like for me to give you input on what you may like.

The problem with that hair style is it require an insane amount of work to manage and doesn't style like that the whole day. Those hairstyles only look good for modeling. It's impractical for actually going anywhere.

i keep my hair between 1+1/16-1/2 inch strictly. this looks good but will highlight your ears so becareful or grow some small sideburns. but that look tends to work for men of slavic decent strictly because of our sharp facial features. if your slavic (east german, russian, east european btw) then that's a practical way to look stylish.
