| no you tell me on here! wats a good thing to eat if you want to lose fat everywhere basically but not gaining muscle mass? theres this wierd thing that i have kinda chubby cheaks... im not fat at all its just that it looks wierd with the rest of my body

| Do face work out if you have chubby cheeks lol. I think that helps, there are videos on youtube that show that. | To lose weight eat a high fiber high protein diet. Lower your number of calories you take in daily by changing what you eat. Drink water instead of soda...stuff like that. Also, exercise is a great way to burn calories. It'll take time, but if you're dedicated you'll see results. Also, don't starve yourself.
