how do you do that? just like working out and eating rite? cause i work out all the time but i eat complete junk food

There you go, you should stop eating junk food and start eating wholesome food. You can find a lot of info from the sites I just typed in the first page

how long will it take to really take effect? i like to see results so when i don't see them i feel discouraged. can you tell me how long you think it would take to have a real effect on my workout time and body? just like, an estimate

I don't know how long precisely, but if you eat right, sleep right, train right, then you should see good results in a few weeks. By the way, taking pictures of yourself weekly helps.

Eat protein throughout the day, it help build lean body mass and the helps the fat to be used as energy and not stored as fat. Eat foods with "OMEGA 3,6,9s" (good fats) eggs, almonds and fish have these. Green tea also works miracles, there are plenty of articles proving its fat burning potentials. And on the "chubby face", this is your facial bone structure, there is hardly anything you can do about. Someone had mentioned they ate junk but trained daily, this is a start, but your gains are 80% of what you eat and 20% of what you do in the gym. Abs are made in the kitchen not the gym. I highly suggest NOT working out everyday and instead using the "2 days on 1 day off" approach, it gives you muscle time to heal and grow.
