Sleep deprevation can become serious, melatonin is a hormone released by the brain that helps you relax. Melatonin can be bought in a pill form and has zero side affects, it is very cheap and affective.

sorry but i like to have fun, if you don't then don't smoke it.

btw weed doesn't make you a bad influence, smoking it well into adult life and only living for weed maybe. so stop being a tightass, get laid or something(actually, i have a perfect remedy to make you relax but it costs about 20 for a bag)
