| a weekly plan? i could give u mine i guess i dont know if it will help u any cuz u only do free weights but its worth shot...... Monday-75 push-ups bench press- 3 sets of 10 clave raises- 3 sets of 15 crunches- 75 Tuesday-75 push ups dead lift-3 sets of 10 wall sits-3 sets of 3 mins each (hold weight out in front of you- works out arms) squats-4 sets of 7 Wednesday- Free lift Thursday-75 pushups close grip bench- 3 sets of 10 butterfly- 3 sets of 10 cve raises 3 sets of 15 Friday no lift

| well i used to do a lot of pushups, wat is a dead lift? also yes this helps a lot. ill just make a few adjustments but other than that it helps me a lot. also wat about the weekends? and is there any kind of food i should eat a lot or should i just avoid sugar and salt? |

| ok well the weekends are just kind of a free lift i guess but i usually give myself the weekends to rest or i run like 4-6 miles at night..and sugar and salt...eehhh they arent bad u can eat em but not too much cuz then that just throws off everything but if ur really dedicated to it then u should do fine ok
