For chest my routine is:
Incline DB press 6 sets 10 reps (this builds upper chest with, naturally men lack)
Flat DB press 3 sets 10 reps (over all chest, compound contraction move)
Incline DB flyes 3 sets 10 reps (this exercise stretches your chest, spliting the muscle fibers)
Cable crossover 3 sets 10 reps |
