i know people who had that happen to their daughter. she and her younger brother felt that they were in love and started dating. nobody became violent, like your case, but people at school made it a point to make every day from 7:25 until 3:15 a living hell. the parents finally found out about it, and they took them to counseling. the counselor said that they have affection issues and told them what i'm about to tell you:

1. spend a lot of time away from each other, like with a club. that way, you can meet other potential boyfriends/girlfriends with similar likes (but they may already find you creepy if you've dated your sister.... maybe you'll find somebody who doesn't care about that and is just glad you've seen the light after all! )

2. if you like your sister, then maybe you can try dating one of her friends, and she can date one of yours. that way, you can be dating someone that you know you'll be able to get along with who ISN'T your sibling. your sister will most likely feel bad when you dump her for her friend, but it's for the best. TRUST ME. sooner or later she'll understand that it just isn't possible for you guys to date.

but that doesn't mean you guys can't be really good friends. it's a good thing when siblings are really close, that way you guys can be best friends for life! i just think you two take it a little too far.
