The best thing i can tell you man is,

I knwo that it REALLY sucks to keep it to yourself.

BUT if they are going out with someone, AND ARE HAPPY WITH THAT PERSON.

why would you want to mess with it?

if they arent happy on the other hand, by all means tell them, maybe they will still like you and will go with you and be happier.

But if they are happy, and the guy she is with is a good guy, then I wouldnt try and tell her i liked her.

I dont know if you have ever felt it but,
when you love someone, and an old flame comes and tells you that they still have feelinsg for you,
it will screw with you, and it can make some pretty big waves in a relationship.

But, do what you think is best, we cant tell you what you definetly need to do, just opinions, thoughts.

If you're single and she isn't, she's cheating, not you. It's not your fault that you're better than the other guy, is it? Most worthwhile women have boyfriends anyway, so time to step your game up.

Most of the time when a woman tells you she has a boyfriend, it's because she's challenging you. She wants to see if you're up to the chase and if you think she's worth the effort. I love it when a girl at a bar tells me she has a boyfriend. If it's a bad relationship, it's easier to hook up with her than if she's single.

The only thing that bothered me about your poorly articulated first post is that it seems to me that this particular girl is dating your buddy. Don't fuck your buddy. Friend's girlfriend's are a No Go. Friends, potentially, are forever (unless you do something boneheaded like fuck their girlfriend), but bitches come and go. She's not worth the price of your friendship, trust me.

There are plenty of other warm wet holes to stick it in, you don't need your friend's.
