well when my ribs finish healing (cracked em a few months ago and it keeps happening) im gonna be on the RAF fitness regime its great, i also will be back on the wii fit

yeah spencer im with odin on that one u r underwieght but once you start building muscle mass u will be right back up there.....

and if you are working on your abs then try doing butterflies, bicycle crunches, and squating can even help a little bit as well.

I'm maintaining my weight, but I feel better when I wake up every day, so thats good.

my workout plan involves no equipment, save a few dumbbells.. I do push ups, sit ups, back exercises, and a few dumb bell lifts. and then I "jog" (or pant very heavily after a block, depending on your terminology) for about 30 min every other day.

how do you do a butterfly/bicycle crunch?

You're going to need to hit a gym if you want to put on mass. I know, it pains me to say it. I've been an advocate of calisthenics for years now. But if you want to get noticeably bigger and feel much stronger, you need to use weights.

I found this site a few months ago it's pretty useful for some things:

Have a browse, i just got that page cause it directly reflects on a good workout.
Also it's not so much how many you can do at once it's repeatitions I believe, but i'mt not too sure?

Also swimming is a very good workout.

That seems a little weak, but I guess for people just starting out it will be tough.

Yeah, that would be a mess

You could try just goin' to the gym. The best way to get a six pack is to stay commited, and work hard. That's how I got mine, and I'm only 14!
