and i haven't been for about 2 weeks.

i can't seem to find a trigger for this.

and i can usually handle it when this happens.
but recently i've felt like bursting into tears for no reason and can't be happy for more than 5 minutes.

i'm miserable.

I've kinda been there, I even cut myself a little like a little bitch. It's probably just hormonal bitchery and crap. If you man up it'll go away eventually. Also, keep in mind that you really have no right to bitch; half of the world lives in poverty and would kill to have a life like yours.

I've had those. Times when I didn't want to do anything. I just sat around and sulked and randomly cried. It was because I was thinking too much. Try occupying your time and do something creative. That should work ^_^
