I do 50 pushups a day, and 150 situps a day. then I do some running (or walking do to my very bad choice in smoking)

Thanks man, I had been talking to some people about the diet thing. I had no intention nor do i ever of being on a diet. Just eating smart and running around. no need to eat so little I wither away.
But i will definetly look to taking all that into consideration, thanks =)
