Ok sorry for this but kind of venting this out because i really need to anyways, I am stuck in this horrible situation between my mother and grandmother and going to court.Ok first off my grandfather flipped out on my moms boyfriend (who she is totally in love with but everyone hates because he use's people for money and stalks my mom) because he didnt want him living at his house anymore (we live with our grandparents for medical reason's grandmothers blind and grandfather has cancer) so what pretty much what happened was my grandfather got really up in his face screaming in mix languages (he had to go back to the hospital because of his lung cancer) and the guy pushed my grandfather up against the wall and left to go outside and he flipped out on him saying he has no right to yell at him. So now my mom says its all my grandmothers fault and wants to move far away with him and me (I btw hate this guy so much i even yelled at him and he also picked up both of my cats and threw them i saw it and flipped out) but of course I don't want to move at all and my grandmother cries every night to me saying my mother is crazy. So now 2 months later my mother is still looking for a house (she gets 15,000 a year and her bf has no job who lives with his parents) but the only reason the bank has approved of her moving was cause of my grandmothers savings, so now my usual life style is i have literally no food in the house besides food that already went bad (oh yeah interesting fact im only living with my mom is because of child support otherwise she would have put me up for adoption or wait until my dad had his own place) i don't ever eat lunch at school cause of money and i cant pack a lunch cause of no food so after school i usually go to a friends house and eat food that wont get me sick. (i eat so little that i go to the doctors with my father often because lack of food he tries to make me food but court is costing to much) so pretty much i live with my father on weekends now (who wants custody over me) but hes scared i wont adjust to his life style because hes gay and i will be living with his boyfriend, so we went to a lawyer and since im turning 16 in a week that its my choice and everything will be simple. BUT i will be still living with my mother when the court papers come in saying that my dad wants custody over me and she will flip out cause of cost of it and that she will now be paying child support(thats how she really is) so im scared (she also has a little drinking problem) that when she does find out me and her will get into this huge fight which will lead to aggression (cause when she is mad she gets aggressive and of course i fight back to protect myself So yeah my mother pretty much is going crazy cause of one guy and i have to move away from everyone no matter what and go to a new school for 2 years cause of my mother and my grandmother wants me to stay to help take care of her so any advise would help....

Honestly, I'm not completely sure how to field this. It seems like there are a lot of ways you're going to end up screwed.

I'd say you're probably going to be best off with your father. But even if you do stay with him, be prepared for a shitstorm between your parents for years to come. All I can say is do your best to stay strong and keep a level head in all this. And I'd also recommend getting a job when you can; at least then you'll be able to fend for yourself if need be.

you had every right to sound off in here. And yours being an 'origional' I don't think it's all that origional. I think you have brought up subjects that no one else dares to bring up, for fear of what others will say, ect.Problems like this need to be handled different from, 'the boy in my science class pulled my hair.' For one-is there any abuse, and if so between wha, and what kind?Has there been in the past, and if so, when and between who, and what kind. Then, ae you comfortable with your dad's life style, and all that details?
