parents divorced since i was a little kid, and my mum just died of cancer last week.

I don't mean to dump my whole life story on you or anyone out of the blue like this, but yeah.


When I was a lot younger, my parents used to work multiple jobs each to put food on the table and bills. Since they were always working they need someone to take care of me, so they hired my uncle. Long story short, my uncle raised me like his own.

My uncle died in 1998 due to complications of AIDS.

I miss him.
I've never been the same.

So I don't know if you count that as me "understanding you" or whatever, but I'm here to talk if you need to.

Both my Aunt and Uncle died.
Blaming and ranting yourself out isn't going to fix anything.
Just move on...

I wish I could help, but I've never lost a parent... my aunt and Great Grandma passed away recently, though.
