Default I need to lose some weight but I dont know how??! HELP!

I want to go from a Australian size 11 to a size 8 (that’s like a US 7 to 4 & UK 9 to 6). I am 5'4, weigh 136 pounds (62kg). My BMI is 21-22. I want to get down to around 50kg. So I have to lose about 12kg. Id still be in the healthy BMI range.

Please don’t say I don’t need to lose weight that I’m healthy... because I know that I’m in the "healthy weight range" but I want to actually get healthy and thinner.

I do exercise everyday. I have a gym bike and I walk. I do an hour brisk walk in the morning and an hour of vigorous exercise on a gym bike.

I’m also changing my eating habits. Making portions smaller, cutting out "bad" foods, eating more fruit & veg etc. Its only early morning but today I’ve had 2 slices raisin toast with light butter and a bit of a banana and water. For lunch I’m going to have an apple and banana and water. Not sure what’s for dinner yet. Most of my meals will be either toast (raisin or wholegrain only) for breakfast and then fruit for lunch. Snacks will probably be banana covered in coconut or an orange etc. I know its important to drink 2L of water everyday so all I’m drinking now is water.

Do you think its possible for me to get to the Aus size 8 (US 4 or UK 6)? How long do you think it would take? What else could I do to lose the weight quickly?

It's definitely possible, but it's unhealthy. You don't lose weight with diet and exercise for a reason. You are at a perfectly healthy weight. Also, you won't really need to slim down, 136 isn't too much. You probably look fine.

Get as thin as you can

This is the only true method of getting a man

However just to help you out a slight bit

Under-eating is 34% worse then under eating

uhh, I disagree with Stricken..

Being thin as possible is not the only way to get a man, though it may get you a man like Stricken..

Oh, and.. I know you don't wanna hear it, but.. You are at a good weight. Deff Not fat, and not too thin.. That's pretty much a perfect weight for someone your height.

Not the only way but it helps a lot with most of the ones

However, Like stricken said, don't be over thin there is a thing as ribs being to noticable

Just so you know, if you're used to eating a lot, and then you suddenly cut your diet by 80%, your body thinks it's starving, shuts down it's metabolism and RETAINS all the fat it can find. You actually do much worse by stopping eating.

(Example: At breakfast every morning, I have an omelet, a waffle, two bolls of cereal, a bagel and two pieces of assorted fruit. I wash it down with two glasses of juice. If I stopped doing that and skipped breakfast or had two pieces of toast, my body would be pissed).

The key is to not change your diet. You won't stick to it. You need to do something that you can keep up. Just take what you eat and make it healthier. If you want a steak, eat a fucking steak, just have the sirloin instead of the ribeye. Want a beer? Have a beer, just have 4 pints instead of 5. You get the picture.
