haha, yeah i guess. but it doesn't look good on girls. and especially excess body fat. i'm very effiecient but i guess that i'd probably die in a famine.

Interesting site. I disagree with some of what he says though. Like "Avoid fruit". I eat fruit every day, usually one banana, a handful of blueberries, and several strawberries. They contain a lot of antioxidants and stuff that the body needs. Avoiding fruit altogether is foolish. It's okay to eat some sugar as long as you're exercising too, that way it's not stored as fat.

I've been following a guy named Hugo Rivera's advice for awhile and am getting great results. Here's some stuff he wrote...

You know, millions of woman have the same problem. You just have to stay dedicated..That's the most important advice I can give.

well, the thing is the more you excercize, the more muscle you get, mucsle burns fat and chicks don't want to build muscle. not to mention they are like hormone central so they're body chemistry is like different every week. men can lose wieght if they are dedicated but it would be harder for women

But i wouldnt advise that lifestyle!

Don't smoke, it kills idiot

Here's a tip: Whenever you're cooking, always chew Sugarless Gum, it stops the tempation to eat while you're cooking.

Haha =P.... I dont have a clue to be honest.

The best way to lose weight is to stop being a lazy fat arse and get to the gym, willpower and determination is the key to anything surely?!!

but i excercise obsessivly to stay thin, and i eat all the fucking time, whatever i want. and i walk every where
