I dont have much advice for you, considering Im not much of a singer myelf. But take constructive critisizm. Dont get all hurt, because they just trying ot help.
Sing infront of people you dont know.
They're more likely to give you honest opinions.

I don't like them as a whole, I can say I only enjoy a few of Disturbed's songs, that were probably singles in the first place (since Rock was not my niche 3-4 years ago)
