I have little to add unfortunatly.

I am currently in that situation (minus the weed)
but the apathy applies to nearly everything on top of other such things so I cant say i know alot of what to do.

But i would have to agree with the others on simply to start the weed MUST stop.

and seta goal or two, nothing huge just enough so when you reach it, you will feel good that you did and get a boost to reach your next goal.

like my current goals which are outrageous because I have to do them not because I choose to, I have smaller ones, like clean my room.

and to show you what happens if youd otn reach your goal;...
you end up with your room more messy and harder to live in a week and a half after you had hoped to have it clean =/

Can't really help you here first thing is probably give up the weed i found i started caring about my grades and less about who i was going to smoke with later. As for the apathy thing I'm the same way =/ I just don't give a dam about anything, I only get good grades because i just happen to do the work at school i really don't care if it gets done my body just sort of starts it w/o me knowing I'd have a 4.0 gpa atm if I ever worked up the motivation to do homework.

i just recently went through the same exact problem,and i basically stopped talking to my friend and everything actually got a little better
