Go out with one, the other two will get jelaous and start noticing you more and more, then enter friendship with them 3, til you become pretty close with the one you like most, the one you cant even look at....anyway once you do that, brake up with the one your dating over something stupid and call the one you like to "vent" and then invite him to hang out etc, it's easy from there.
