I'd say at the soonest opportunity invite her to come along to a party you're going to. That's not a date. And it's a chance to hang out. After the party, I'll bet you'll be more comfortable talking to her.

learn to be a people person. just talk to people more. than, all you do is tak to her. it should come with ease.

There was a girl who liked me, and I kept asking her to admit that she liked me. Finally, with no one else in earshot she said "Fine. I like you." Even if you're not sure if she does, try to get other people to think she likes you (but not necessarily that you like her) however you could do this, then keep asking her if she really does. Even if she doesn't at first she might start to. Well thats my advice.

Just do something like slip her your email address, get into a friendly relationship with her, and figure out something to say like "admit it, you love me don't you?" if she says no, best recovery I think would either be "damn" or "as a friend?" if she still says no, "damn" is still an option.

Once you get the hang of talking to her like that, try it in real life.
