I think when you're 16, you get a choice of who you want to live with. If you have another relative around besides your dad, then you're fine. At least, that's how it is here where I live.

Stricken doesn't see you going to a foster care, your 17 almost 18. They'll ship you to your grand-ma's and then after that you'll go to Basic when you get older

one problem i have confronted them many times and they refuse to quit for anybody and they just freak out and yell at me if i bring it up...plus how am i supposed to move out when i'm still a minor?

best thing to do is call the police, u will see ur parents again when they get out of rehab, they will be mad at u but they will be more happy for doing that cuz then they'd be clean.

they will not get rehab, weed is not physically addictive.
they might! get rehab if they get put in the mentally addicted catogory.
