one of the worst things you could do is rehearse what your going to say before you say it because then your more prone to screw things up, so just be yourself and relax, im sure your probably a great person so just let your personality shine through when you talk to girls and be true to yourself...meaning: if you're not a comedian don't take the joke approach but talk about things your familiar with...some of the best topics to start conversations are about the weather, what has happened during the course of the day, or anything unique you noticed about the person your talking to.
