Visité a Italia con mi abuela porque la familia de mi padre viven en la ciuidad de Pisa. Mi abulela es Italiana, my padre es medio Italiano y soy cuarto Italiana. Italia esta al lado de Francia en el sur de Europea que significa que tiempo es fantastico la mayoria del tiempo. Italia es un país grande y tiene la forma de una bota. Italia es el hogar de muchos Europeas culturas, por ejemplo, el Romano. La capital de Italia es Roma y es muy bonita y bastande grande. Fui a Italia para dos semanas y visité a Roma para una semana. Hay muchos que hacer, por ejemplo, el cine, teatros, discotecas, bares y hay muchos tiendes también.

Por is used to signify a duration of time. So, substitute por in for para.

Other than those couple minor grammatical mistakes, good job. I'm 15 and spent a few months in Barcelona on an exchange program. I loved the place... though I've only been learning Spanish for a couple years.
