I was in a situation "sort of" similar to this but when I was going to ask her out she asked me. >_>

tell her wat r u doing (watever the day u wanna go) to see if its clear then if she has nuthin tell her well i was going to the movies and say "say i was wondering if u wanted to come?" and if she says yes aask her for her number and tell her that its to notice her when ur going and at wat time then if she says no then u should just say "aww man that sucks but hey wat can u do" or sumthing and dont feel sorry and it should go fine i guess

since i'm not a girl, i'm not a big authority on this but i think if you do a chesy pick up line, say it jokingly. not sleezy or anything. and don't panic. Jeez. and if you want her to go to the movies with you. just do what i do..."Hey, whatchu doin this weekend? 'whatever she says,' Cool, well u want to go and see a movie? I here so and so is good." i don't do it all the time, and i am not good looking at all. haha. Be charismatic too. or if you're nervous, do it in a cute way. And if you think you're being cute, than it most likely isn't cute. But yea, i'm no real authority, jus experince goin.

Say this to her "I seem to have lost my phone number, can I borrow yours". Once you make her laugh ask her.

Don't plan what to say if she says yes. If she says yes you'll be happy and everything will work. If she says no, just say "Okay, thanks anyway" or "Sorry for bothering you" or something and walk away and try not to act upset. And try to make sure you and her are alone with no one else in ear shot.
