Don't say anything to your friend about it unless he actually does something with another girl. Let the guy no your not interested or that you won't do anything with him as long as he's dating other people. If he stays with his current girlfriend its obvious he was just trying to get in your pants. If he dumps her for you then he still might just be trying to get in your pants, but at least you know he actually did like you more than the other girl.
